Our next General Meeting is Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 1:45 pm in the Village
of Neustadt. Note the week, day, and time for starting are all different this month. We hope that people who normally can't attend on our regular day and time will be able to join us. Note: There is a charge to pay on entry and we would like to know if you are coming.
Henry Huether came to the village of Neustadt in
1857 and soon recognized the need for a brewery. By 1859 beer was flowing from
"Crystal Springs Brewery".
The 22,000
sq. ft. stone structure built over a source of clear spring water is essentially
unchanged from 1869. The brewery closed in 1916 and after a variety of uses it
was reopened again in December 1997 as "Neustadt Brewery".
Come and experience a most interesting tour of this
unique facility. The cost of $7.00 per person includes samples of
Neustadt Brewery products.
Bring a
guest. All are welcome.
Coordinator: Wayne Pfeffer 519.665.7756 tjtjss@wightman.ca.

To assist in tour planning, please
advise the coordinator before August 22nd if you plan to attend.
For those who wish to go down early for lunch Wayne
